Do any other manufacturers actually have a training program that works?

It's usually broken. I don't think anywhere has an effective online training program.

All I can say is that Microsoft paint is a more effective training tool than Ford's STARS. While I'm only on the second course, I seriously can't even progress past it because I can't do the required tests to pass it.
